BLACKSMITHING WORKSHOPS
Whilst experiencing an exciting ancient tradition you will have loads of fun and most importantly a masterpiece made by yourself to proudly take home. We also offer further experience days for those that wish to broaden their skills further. PPE will be provided along with a luxury warming lunch, snacks and drinks. Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Our purpose-built workshop is quite a set up. When the fires are roaring and the anvils are ringing the place is buzzing with creativity! Join us for a very hands-on fun blacksmithing day.
We offer a wide range of experience days to cater for groups up to six of most abilities and will provide tutors to fit your group size, so whether you want to come on your own, with a loved one, or as a larger group such as a stag, hen do or team building with colleagues, then please see our available dates on our booking page. In our group sessions in the past, we have forged fancy bottle openers, fire pokers, toasting forks, knives, candlestick holder are just a few to mention. At the moment we are making fancy bottle openers. These are designed around giving you a wide range of different traditional forging techniques, including 'Smith and Striking'.
Although our group sessions are fun and full of creativity, if you have something specific in mind or for a more in-depth experience working on your own personal project, we can offer a one-to-one session.
